At Barno's Hut, we want our customers to receive high-quality skincare products in excellent condition. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains when refunds, replacements, and returns may be accepted.

Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, or have had their seals removed.

Unopened and unused products may be considered for return where applicable, provided they remain in their original packaging, are sealed, and are returned in a resalable condition.

Customers should contact us before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue and supporting evidence, such as photographs where appropriate.

Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Barno's Hut will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights. This may include a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds for eligible damaged, faulty, or incorrect items will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Shipping

Where a return is accepted due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part, Barno's Hut will assist with the return process.
